Message from the Team Captain
Team Tomato is comprised of a small (but growing) group of friends and family who are working to support the March of Dimes in their very important mission to save babies from premature birth. We walk in memory of my 2 children, Christopher and Alexander, who were born premature and too small to survive. Our hope is that we can somehow prevent other families from experiencing the same tragedy.
This will be our fourth year walking in WalkAmerica and we hope to raise at least $1,350 for the March of Dimes - a dollar for every baby who will be born too soon in the next 24 hours.

The mission of March of Dimes is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality.

Funds raised in March for Babies support research and programs that help moms have full-term pregnancies and babies begin healthy lives. And they will be used to bring comfort and information to families with a baby in newborn intensive care.
